Originally built in 1936 by the Italian residents of Ludlow. For forty-eight years, this building served as the Italian Club. In 1983 this building was purchased by Antonio Sebastiao. In June of 1985, after a two year  remodeling period, Tony and Penny's moved from 319 East Street into the new location, where we have had the opportunity of better serving the community.

The restaurant lounge provides you with a friendly and homelike atmosphere, and for special occasions we have  a beautiful banquet hall.
